Refund and Exchange Policy

GV FASHION return policy :

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days Only. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • If you want  to return the product, return cahrges may apply.
Additional Information:
  • The Prices and Availability of products can change at the choice of GV FASHION STORE.
  • Order cannot be cancelled after the package is out for Delivery
  • GV FASHION STORE is not responsible for delay/non-delivery of good ordered in case of fire, flood, wars, or any natural causes beyond our control.
  • GV FASHION STORE  shall not take any complaints after 2 days, once the order is delivered.
  • You can  return a product for up to 2 days from the date you received the order, on genuine issues.
  • On an Exchange/ Return request in case of Wrong, please contact us via the helpline given at the end of the page and have the following this ready
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

MISSING ARTICLE :

  • On Refund Request of Missing Articles, please contact us via the helpline given at the end of the page and have the following this ready
  • Number of Pcs Missing with SKU IDs
  • Single Unpacking Video in Clear lighting and from 360-degree Angle, Number of Sets/Pcs must be clearly visible
  • Clear Photograph of POD (Receiving Slip) and AWB slip
  • Order ID
  • Clear Photographs of Parcel Bag (Front,Back & Inside)
  • Contact Number of Delivery Agent .

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Exchanges

  • Return or Exchange requests will only be considered on certain situations, such as Genuine quality issues, Damaged/ Missing Article, Damaged/Missing Parcel, Wrong Article or any other Situations at the sole discretion of GV FASHION STORE.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your  original method of payment, within 1-2 days.
Late or missing refunds
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
